No airs here- part of what we enjoy about practicing law in rural Colorado is the ability to wear jeans and boots to work (when we aren't in court). We choose to live and work in this community because of the unique way of life it offers and the people who live here. It is our pleasure to help our neighbors and community members deal with the legal issues that we all face from time to time.
Our primary practice areas are family law (divorce, custody, child support), estate planning (wills and trusts), and probate. However, as part of our commitment to meeting the needs of our rural communities, we also handle a wide variety of other civil (non-criminal) matters like real estate transactions, contracts, business formation, and evictions. We do not handle any criminal or traffic cases (DUIs). |
